Youth Gathering
Our Youth gathering is open to students in 6th grade to 12th grade. We gather on Sundays during our 10:45 AM service in the Youth Room which is located on the Southeast end of our campus in the office complex.
Sunday mornings follow this format:
- Taken- We gather for prayer, check-in with each other
- Blessed-Lesson and discussion of God's Word
- Broken- Pray for our specific needs, Holy Communion
- Given- Blessing and dismissal
"When we Gather, God is present. We can share our stories. We are Blessed. We are not alone in our Brokenness. We are healed. We are Given to be a gift to God and His people."
Schedule of Events
We schedule one social event or service project a month. Our social events include all-nighters, pizza parties, bonfires, hanging out at the Santa Monica Pier, attending each other's dance recitals/sporting events and many more! We also volunteer at a local homeless shelter, recycle to donate money to the Eden Reforestation Projects and work with the children's and nursery ministry here at MCF.
